What food safety standards do you follow?

We are fully insured, operate out of a Halton Public Health–approved kitchen, hold a Master Business License through the City of Burlington, and are certified in safe food handling. You can feel confident knowing every order is prepared with care, professionalism, and safety in mind.

Can you accommodate allergies, special diets, and customizations?

Absolutely! Our kitchen is completely free from peanuts and tree nuts, and we can cater to any special dietary needs or preferences. We also offer custom boards and are eager to collaborate with you to bring your vision to life, ensuring safety and satisfaction with every order.

Why in some cases, are crackers provided on the side and not directly on the board

• To ensure they stay crisp, avoiding any moisture from cheeses, and spreads on the board. 

• To ensure longer refrigeration time If you're not enjoying the board right away

• To allow for more room on the board for delicious meats, cheeses, and accompaniments!

If you prefer that crackers be placed directly on the board, just say the word!
Some crackers are better at holding up against moisture than others. Depending on the type of cracker, when your order will be enjoyed, the menu item and if your order is customized, crackers may still be included on your board.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Orders must be placed 36 hours in advance. Please contact us directly if you would like to place a rush order and we will do our best to accommodate.

How do I pay?

Once you've submitted the order form, we'll reach out by email to confirm the details, including availability, total cost and delivery fees. Once the details of your order are confirmed, we will email you an invoice. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment, which can be made via credit card, or e-transfer.

How do I get my board?

We offer a $5 flat delivery fee anywhere in Burlington; delivery fees for other locations will be determined based on distance and pick up can also be arranged. 

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do!  They are printed on premium card stock, come in a standard letter-sized envelope, and can be made for any amount you choose. Please contact us to order.
